Our practitioner-led learning model makes our M.B.A. program unique.

Saint Mary's instructors are leaders in the field focused on empowering you as a business professional, providing real-world examples and helping you develop a professional network that will support you in your educational journey and beyond. Students participate in either a local or international capstone opportunity that adds depth to their learning experience.


The M.B.A. curriculum at Saint Mary's gives you the option to select from one of four specialization tracks: Finance, Healthcare Administration, Human Resource Management, and Project Management. Students may also choose to pursue a master's without specialization and select courses of interest from each of these core areas.

Career Impact

Recent M.B.A. grads have a lot to look forward to. According to the Graduate Management Admission Council (, the projected median base salary in the U.S. in 2017 was $110,000.1 Additionally, nearly 9 of 10 companies in the U.S. and Asia-Pacific region planned to hire M.B.A. graduates that same year.1

Course Information

Students can choose from three curricular options: a customizable general management M.B.A. (39 credits), an M.B.A. with a specialization (45 credits), or an accelerated online M.B.A. (30 credits).

Applicants must submit:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Non-refundable application fee
  3. Official transcripts posting the applicant’s completed bachelor degree
  4. Other relevant official transcripts documenting potential transfer credits
  5. International transcripts must be evaluated by a university-accepted evaluator
  6. A reflective essay which includes a brief description of the applicant’s background, training, and experience, a description of the areas the applicant considers to be their strengths and areas in which the applicant wishes to develop greater strengths and abilities, and any personal information the applicant wishes to share
  7. Two recommendations that verify professional and/or volunteer experience and/or academic ability
  8. A current résumé listing educational background and work experience
  9. Applicants with international transcripts may require an English language proficiency exam.
