Program Overview

Lasallian leaders believe that everyone deserves access to education, regardless of age, class, or income. They also believe that compassionate teaching methods can develop the inherent dignity that every student possesses. With the Master of Arts in Lasallian Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, you'll be able to lead your school or organization forward with these key values. This progressive program combines Lasallian formation and organizational leadership. Have you taken coursework within the Buttimer Institute, the John Johnston Institute for Contemporary Lasallian Practice or are looking to begin your own Lasallian formation coursework? This program combines credit for formation coursework with core coursework and an elective structure in thematic areas including Lasallian Educational Administration; Theology and Spirituality or Pedagogy and Childcare; Lasallian Formation Presenter; or Accompaniment for Mission. This 32 credit program is usually completed in two years.
